Store requirements we track
The live checklist is what Pro is sold on: your app is re-evaluated against these rules, and an item that stopped being met shows up as out of date on its own. Free sees today's state; keeping current over time is the paid half. Every rule below cites its own official source, so you can verify it rather than take our word for it.
Accessibility statement, if the Accessibility Act reaches you
RecommendedThe European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) covers specific services sold in the EU — e-commerce among them — and exempts microenterprises. No store checks for this: it is a legal obligation that may or may not apply to you, not something that blocks a submission.

Consent obtained before sending data to an AI provider
RequiredApple requires disclosure and explicit permission before sharing personal data with a third-party AI (guideline 5.1.2(i)); the EU AI Act requires telling a visitor they are talking to an AI unless that is already obvious (article 50, in force since 2026-08-02). The Privacy Policy names the provider — this confirms consent is asked before the first call.

Security contact published, before the Cyber Resilience Act asks for one
RecommendedThe Cyber Resilience Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/2847) asks whoever puts a product with digital elements on the EU market to publish a single point of contact for reporting vulnerabilities, along with a coordinated disclosure policy.
